in the Commonwealth of Virginia in such amount as from time to time
shall be set by the Board of Trustees.

ARTICLE IX
COMMITTEES
Section 1

An Audit Committee consisting of three members, none of whom
need be Trustees, appointed by the Chairman of the Board of
Trustees, shall make an audit of the finances of the Corporation
annually, such audit to be presented to the (Delete Richmond Rugby Football
Club, Inc.)  (Add RRF Congress)  at its annual meeting.

Section 2

The  Chairman  may  appoint  such  further  and  additional
committees from time to time as may appear necessary or proper.

ARTICLE X
ANNUAL MEETINGS
Section 1

The annual meeting of the Corporation shall be held on the
second Monday in November of each year at such place as shall be
designated by the Chairman and included in the notice of such
meetings.
Section 2

The order of business at the annual meeting shall be as
follows:

1.   Ascertainment of quorum.

2.   Reading of minutes of the preceding meeting and acting
thereupon.
