ARTICLE XI
SPECIAL MEETINGS
Section 1

Special meetings may be called from, time to time by the
Chairman or any two (2) Trustees by ten (10) days' previous notice,
by regular mail, to the other members of the Board.  The proof of
posting in the mail being all this is required to establish notice.
ARTICLE XII
QUORUM


Section l

At all meetings three (3) Trustees shall constitute a quorum.


ARTICLE XIII
AMENDMENTS OF BY-LAWS
Section 1

These By-laws may be amended from time to time at any regular
or special meeting of the Board of Trustees, whether called for that
purpose or not if such amendment receives the affirmative vote of
four (4) or more members of the Board of Trustees.
