ARTICLE XIV
ANNUAL REPORT
Section 1

An annual report of -the activity and finances of the

Corporation shall be rendered by the Chairman of the FOUNDATION   to
the (Delete  UNITED RUGBY CLUB OF RICHMOND INC.) (Add RRF Congress) AT ITS ANNUAL MEETING.

ARTICLE XV
DISSOLUTION

The Corporation may be dissolved at any tine by recommendation
of the Board of Trustees. In the event of the dissolution of the
Corporation, whether voluntary or involuntary or by operation of
law, none of the assets of the Corporation shall be distributed to
any member, but after payment of all lawful debts "or" the
Corporation, its property and assets shall be given to a charitable
organization or organizations of the kind described in; �501 of the
Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended, such organization or
organizations to be selected by the Board of Trustees.
