The numbers inside the chart are the number of board feet in the log.  A thin-kerf blade will give you more wood and less sawdust than this scale… anywhere from 10% to 30% depending on the desired cut.  For example, a 10’ long log that is 20” at the small end, measured inside the bark, will net 160 board feet by this scale, which would equal from 176 to 208 on a band mill.
