Enjoyable weekend and a highly respectable one at that. Special thanks to Cary and Billy for assembling that all-star cast of players. It goes without saying that from 1 through 15 we had a blast out their as it showed in our performance and attitude.

It was a great pleasure to play with the under 35’s in Aspen. It brought back a level of play that may be gone forever. The intensity and physicality of the late 80’s and 90’s were present in every match played by the 35’s and 45’s. The newer game is exciting and fun but seems to lack some of the toughness of character that is still evident in the older folk’s matches. It was especially pleasant to play with several Cardinals rather than against them. I was also pleased to get to know Larry, Jamie and a few new friends.

I just got chills reading the report. I am so proud to be included in this stellar list of the best ruggers on, and off the pitch anyone has ever seen. I am heartbroken that I was not able to make it to Aspen to lend a hand,(not that you needed any help ). I do know one thing...NO Barbo player gets away with step'en on ANY of my mates without stiff consequences! ! ! I pledge now to be there, if invited ,to smash those boys who did that B&^$$ SH#$%%^ deed................Great Read boys, congrats to all, and to all a good night...............

Dear All,

Unfortunately back at work in Scotland now and have been in deep depression since landing in UK!

Just wanted to thank all those that travelled to Aspen for making Angela's and my trip, to the Ruggerfest, such an enjoyable one. We really had an excellent time (dispite sharing with Prince!) both on and off the pitch and it was an honour to play with you all. Although the final was a little frustrating it was a good hard game and we gave 100%. (Keith, I'm just about swallowing pain free now!)

My special thanks must go to Cary and especially Bill for the invite.

I will be there next year, if you'll all have me back, we have some unfinished business!

We look forward to seeing you all again (can someone send me the dates for Florida in Feb-if that invite still stands)

Thanks for an excellent weekend of rugby! We know we were the best team there and so does everyone else! Unfortunately, our mistakes combined with us letting the ref take us further out of the game made it next to impossible for us to overcome the 10-point hurdle that stood before us!

I believe that if we return next year with the same personnel, along with a few others that were unable to come this year, no one will stand in our way!

Bill and Cary, thanks again for your time and effort put into this for our benefit!
