Richmond Lions Rugby Pig Roast

The cost is $25.00 for males over 18 with women and kiddies free as always. Bring the whole family, it's a cheap way to feed 'em all & your friends! There's a pool for that 95 degree dipping, basketball, the annual Forwards vs. Backs wiffleball game (bring it on girly men!) and loads of toys and fun stuff for the kids. Of course, as always, we'll have some poor hapless piggy on the spit and piles of other goodies like hamburgers and hotdogs for the kids and non-pullers. All that food is bound to make you thirsty, so make sure to bring your favorite beer mug for the icy kegs that will be tapped at strategic positions all around the area. Water and sodas too will be on hand for the wife, kids, and Baptists.
Also this year we will have info pertaining to 222-MUCH; that way if you've had a wee bit to much of the 'ol Mechanicsville Moonshine you & your car will have a safe ride home.

Put it on your calendar! Pigstock is on! This year's Richmond Lions Pig Roast is slated for August 13th at Tuckaway Day Care Center in the greater Mechanicsville Metro area. The cost is $30.00 for males over 18 with women and kiddies free as always. Bring the whole family, it's a cheap way to feed 'em all (I could insert my usual Mormon jokes here, but I won't) and bring your friends! The day's events will be preceded (that means "before" for you King William guys) by the traditional Prop Breakfast Saturday morning. Details to follow soon, but I can tell you that you'll need to flush the liver in the days leading up (please, no backs!).

The Club will roast a real whole pig this year with plenty of hotdogs and chicken for the kids and moslems. This is a great family event with softball,swimming, and music. You can't miss this one. Cost is $30/person wives, girlfrends, and offspring are free. Includes all the food and beer!
